These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of catchable.io and the Catchable waitlist (“Service”) operated by Mono Software (OPC) Private Limited (“Mono”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), a company incorporated under the laws of India.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. The Service
Catchable is software in development that catches the to-dos, follow-ups and commitments from your AI conversations and puts them on one board. The Service today is this website and its waitlist. Features, pricing, supported assistants and availability are described on the site and may change at any time before launch.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you represent that you meet this requirement and that any information you provide is accurate.
3. The waitlist
- Joining is free. You join by submitting your email address on the site. We don’t send a confirmation email.
- A spot on the waitlist is not a purchase, a reservation of a paid plan, or a guarantee of access. We plan to invite people roughly in the order they signed up, but timing, eligibility and the number of invitations are at our discretion.
- You can leave the waitlist at any time by emailing hello@catchable.io.
4. Pricing
No payment is collected through the Service. We currently plan to charge USD 8 per month for Catchable, and to offer people who join the waitlist a founding price of USD 5 per month, kept for as long as they stay subscribed. The terms of the paid product, including how billing, cancellation and taxes work, will be presented to you before you are asked to pay anything, and you will be free not to subscribe.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Sign up with an email address that isn’t yours, or on someone else’s behalf without their permission
- Use automated means, bots or scripts to submit the form or access the Service beyond normal use
- Attempt to circumvent bot protection or any other access control mechanism
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt or overload the Service
- Submit content that is abusive, harmful, or violates third-party rights
6. Your feedback
The feedback you send us by email helps decide what we build. By sending it, you grant Mono a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it to plan and improve Catchable, without owing you anything in return. We handle your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, and we won’t publish anything you send us in a way that identifies you without your permission.
7. Intellectual property
All content, design, code, and branding associated with the Service are owned by Mono Software (OPC) Private Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission. Names of third-party AI assistants on the site are used only to describe compatibility and belong to their respective owners.
8. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party providers: Supabase (database and the form’s server function) and Cloudflare (hosting, bot protection, analytics and email forwarding). These are listed in full, with what each one handles, in our Privacy Policy. Mono is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Mono does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that Catchable will launch on any particular date or with any particular features, or that it will work with any particular AI assistant.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mono shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed INR 1,000.
11. Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this document when changes are made.
12. Termination
Mono reserves the right to remove any signup from the waitlist, or to end the waitlist, at any time, with or without notice, including for conduct that violates these Terms. You may leave the waitlist at any time.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nagpur, Maharashtra.
